Alan is originally from the UK and workedd for many years as a Legal executive with the firm of Russell McVeagh.  During his time with Russell McVeagh he dealt with all types of property transactions be they residential, commercial or farming transactions and acted for many people of different races. He was recognized as an honest person and worked for his clients with integrity.

Now after many years in the legal profession he has decided to work with his wife Lena Han to help owners sell property and  deal with the transaction at the start rather thant at the end and will use his skills he learnt at Russell McVeagh and his knowledge of property with the same honesty and integrity as he has done for many years and for many people.

Alan’s aim is to ensure that both sellers and buyers get the best possible service in achieving what they are seeking, to keep all parties informed as to progress and to assist in any way he can whether it is helping a buyer arrange finance or finding out details of the property that are not immediately obvious. Alan will also use his skills of negotiation that is so important in achieving results.
